MCLV is a landscape architecture and urban design practice based in Kansas City, MO. We are currently working on a variety of domestic and international projects, including urban redevelopments, private amenity spaces, cultural landscapes, and urban public spaces.

We’re always looking for exceptional designers to join our team.

Someone likely to thrive in our studio will:

• Possess a strong design sensibility, rigor, and attention to detail.

• Demonstrate knowledge of site grading, planting design, materials, and other technical aspects of landscape architecture.

• Be comfortable working with digital and physical design techniques.

• Have experience and interest in working through all phases of design and diverse project types.

• Be proficient in AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe CS, and MS Office. Proficiency in Revit is highly valued but not required.

• Work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Present a high degree of self-motivation, organization, resourcefulness, and efficiency.

• Demonstrate a willingness to contribute to all aspects of growing a new design practice.
