When developing 60 Nexus Way, DART Real Estate sought to further the energy of vibrant shops, restaurants, and cafes of Camana Bay in Grand Cayman. Surrounded by lush exterior, the 10 story office tower embodies a casual sophistication that offers a unique working environment. MCLV collaborated with DART to design a generous outdoor plaza covered by a soaring canopy as the central feature of the ground floor experience. Expansive walkways lined with robust plantings welcome workers and visitors from the street. Subtle cues in the paving design pay homage to local tradition, with native coral stone walls providing areas of respite and gathering in this urban setting.
